These terms govern your use of leahq.net and the products built and operated by LeaHQ, an independent software studio based in Lagos, Nigeria. By using any of our products or this website, you agree to these terms.

Use of our products

Our products are provided for lawful personal and business use. You agree not to use them to send spam, harass others, violate the terms of third-party platforms (including WhatsApp, Telegram, Google Play, or the Apple App Store), or engage in any activity that is illegal under applicable law.

Features that interface with third-party messaging platforms (WhatsApp deep links, Telegram, SMS routes) are provided as utilities. You are responsible for ensuring your use of those features complies with the terms of those platforms and the laws of your jurisdiction.

AEON Digital — campaign platform

If you use AEON Digital to send SMS, email, or WhatsApp campaigns, you are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to contact the recipients on your lists. You must include opt-out mechanisms where required by law. LeaHQ is not liable for campaigns sent to contacts without their consent. Accounts found sending spam or unsolicited messages will be suspended.

PrepGeni — exam preparation

PrepGeni provides exam preparation content for educational purposes. Question banks are compiled from past papers and educational resources. We make no guarantee that any specific questions will appear in any exam. Results and performance data within the app are for personal tracking only and have no official standing with any examination body.

Intellectual property

All code, design, copy, and branding on leahq.net and within our products is owned by LeaHQ unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our products or their content without written permission.

Content you create within our products — campaigns in AEON Digital, study progress in PrepGeni — remains yours. We do not claim ownership of your data.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep our products available and functional but make no guarantees of uptime. We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time. Where a product is discontinued, we will provide reasonable notice.

Limitation of liability

Our products are provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeaHQ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or failed message delivery.

In no event shall LeaHQ's total liability to you exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₦10,000, whichever is greater.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects when they were last updated. Continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
