Privacy Policy

LeaHQ is an independent software studio based in Lagos, Nigeria. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it across leahq.net and the products we build and operate.

What we collect on leahq.net

When you visit leahq.net, we record anonymous page view data — the page visited, a rough device type, and country — to understand how the site is being used. We do not collect your IP address, we do not use tracking cookies, and we do not fingerprint your browser. This data is stored in our own Supabase database and is not shared with third-party analytics platforms.

If you submit your email address through a waitlist form, we store that email address and the product you signed up for. We use it only to notify you about that product. We do not sell it, share it with third parties, or add you to unrelated mailing lists.

If you submit a message through the contact form, we store your name, email address, and message content. We use this only to respond to your enquiry.

Our individual products

NoSave Chat

NoSave Chat does not store any data on external servers. Phone numbers and messages typed into the app exist only on your device and are passed directly to WhatsApp, WhatsApp Business, or Telegram via their own deep-link protocols. Nothing is transmitted to or stored by LeaHQ.

StatusNexus

StatusNexus saves media files from WhatsApp, WhatsApp Business, and Telegram statuses to your device's local storage. The biometric vault stores hidden files locally, protected by your device's fingerprint hardware. No media files or vault contents are transmitted to LeaHQ servers.

Auto B-Roll Finder

Auto B-Roll Finder sends search queries to third-party stock media APIs (Pexels, Unsplash, Pixabay) when you perform a search. These queries are processed by those services under their own privacy policies. LeaHQ does not store your search history or the results returned.

Hook, Line & Sinker

Hook, Line & Sinker stores all game data — scores, achievements, progress — locally on your device. No gameplay data is transmitted to LeaHQ servers. The challenge/duel feature works by sharing a score snapshot via your chosen messaging platform (WhatsApp, etc.) — LeaHQ does not have access to those messages.

PrepGeni

PrepGeni stores your study progress, XP, streak data, and performance history in our database to enable features like leaderboards, duels, and cross-device sync. We use this data only to power the app's features. We do not sell it or share it with third parties.

AEON Digital

AEON Digital stores campaign data, contact lists, and delivery records you create within the platform. This data belongs to you. We process it to operate the service and do not use it for any other purpose. Message content sent via SMS, email, or WhatsApp is transmitted through third-party providers (Termii, BulkSMS, Resend, Twilio) under their own terms.

Cookies

leahq.net does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The admin dashboard uses a session cookie solely to maintain your logged-in state. It contains no personal data and expires when you sign out or after 7 days.

Third-party services

We use Sentry for error monitoring on leahq.net. When an error occurs, Sentry may receive technical information including browser type, operating system, and the page where the error occurred. No personally identifiable information is intentionally included in error reports.

Data retention

Waitlist emails are retained until you request removal. Contact form messages are retained for 12 months. Anonymous page view data is retained for 24 months. PrepGeni and AEON Digital account data is retained for as long as your account is active and for 90 days after deletion.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you by contacting us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days.
